Kristina Agassi

Kristina Agassi currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer at Kraken since January 2025, following a tenure as a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council where valuable insights were provided to enhance the publication's content. Previously, Kristina held the position of Executive Director at Atrix Advisory, supporting tech startups with legal and operational guidance. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Legal Officer at Sisense, where oversight of internal operations was maintained, and as GVP & Deputy General Counsel at Zeta Global, a data-driven tech company. Kristina holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics/Sociology from New York University.
