Pat Mulcahey

Director of Operations at Kraus-Anderson

As Director of Operations for the Twin Cities office of Kraus-Anderson Construction, Mulcahey provides oversight of the preconstruction, construction and post construction phases in the education, airport, government and special project market sectors.

He joined KA in 2001 and most recently served as construction executive for the K-12 Education Construction Group where he has worked on more than 138 projects totaling over $1.5 billion. He has managed numerous projects for Minnesota school districts, including Minneapolis, Robbinsdale, Waseca, Eastern Carver County, Wayzata, Duluth, Forest Lake, South Washington County and Independent District 622. Mulcahey also managed construction in other market sectors including projects for Scheel’s, Cabela’s, Winfield Solutions and Key Aviation/Anoka Airport.

Mulcahey earned a B.S. in Construction Management from the University of Minnesota and LEED certification. He is a member of the Minnesota Association of School Maintenance Supervisors and serves on the University of Minnesota Construction Management Advisory Committee.
