Jami Brock has extensive experience in the food industry, with a focus on quality assurance and supply chain management. Most recently, Jami served as the Director of Supply Chain Quality at Continental Mills starting in 2017. Prior to that, Jami worked at Taylor Farms, where they held various roles including Director of Food Safety and Quality Assurance, Corporate Quality Director of Supply Chain Management, Director of Food Safety, and Product Manager. During their time at Taylor Farms, Jami was responsible for developing and implementing food safety programs for a large volume of ready-to-eat produce. Before joining Taylor Farms, Jami worked at DOLE Fresh Vegetables as a Co-Manufacturer Operations Manager, Production Manager, and Production Supervisor. Jami began their career at Potandon Produce L.L.C., where they served as a Quality Control & Operations Supervisor. Throughout their career, Jami has consistently displayed a strong commitment to ensuring the safety and quality of food products.

Jami Brock has a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Foods with a focus on Food Science and Spanish from the University of Idaho. Additionally, Jami studied Spanish Language, History, and Art at the Universidad del Pais Vasco in San Sebastián, Spain. Jami also possesses certifications such as HACCP from NSF International, Lead Auditor Certification, Preventative Controls Qualified Individual (FSMA), and SQF Practitioner, although the institutions and dates of obtaining these certifications are unknown.
