Isaiah “Paul” Hess

Isaiah “Paul” Hess is an experienced professional currently serving as the Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead, Product Owner, and Lead System Engineer at L3Harris Technologies since October 2022. Prior to this role, Hess worked as an MDA Analyst at Man-Machine Systems Assessment (MSA) from October 2021 to October 2022, and as a Systems Engineer for PARSONS GOVERNMENT SERVICES INC from October 2012 to September 2021, focusing on systems engineering processes and missile defense simulations. Additionally, Hess was a Graduate Instructor at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs from August 2018 to December 2019, teaching General Physics Lab. Earlier experience includes a position as a Systems Engineer at Sparta from July 2011 to October 2012. Hess holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics from Colorado School of Mines and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Theology from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, expected to complete in December 2023.
