Jacob Cain

Jacob Cain is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in federal procurement law, government contracts, and international trade. Currently serving as Counsel at L3Harris Technologies, Jacob oversees legal matters for Aerojet Rocketdyne’s business units, focusing on compliance and strategic direction. As a Business/Legal Coach at The Catalyst Center for Business & Entrepreneurship, Jacob supports entrepreneurs in various business stages. Previous roles include Attorney at Butler Snow LLP and Associate at Maynard Nexsen, where Jacob gained significant expertise in litigation and contract law. Jacob’s background includes service in the United States Army, holding roles such as Prosecutor and Administrative Law Attorney, along with engineering experience at NASA. Jacob holds a J.D. from William & Mary Law School, a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University, and a Master of Engineering in Construction Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
