Brian Moore

Brian Moore serves as the Director of Research, Assessment, and Accountability for Lamar CISD since July 2010, overseeing Assessment, PEIMS, and Student Records. Previously, Brian held the position of District Testing Coordinator at Channelview Independent School District from July 2007 to July 2010, where responsibilities included interim roles in Special Education and Bilingual/ESL leadership. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Principal at Channelview High School and various educational roles such as Teacher, Campus Coordinator, and Instructional Technologist from August 1996 to July 2007, and a Pre-Service/ Substitute Teacher at College Station ISD earlier in 1995-1996. Brian holds a Superintendent Certification from Lamar University and several degrees from Texas A&M University, including a Master’s Degree in Educational/Instructional Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in History.
