Steph Strickland

Steph Strickland has over eight years of experience in talent acquisition and management, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Landmark Properties, Inc. Since November 2017, Strickland has held various roles, including Talent Acquisition Manager, Talent Acquisition Specialist, and Onboarding and Engagement Specialist, where responsibilities included designing new hire welcome kits, creating onboarding initiatives, and planning leadership conferences. In addition to these roles, Strickland has served as a Training Specialist, developing a mentor program, managing new hire orientations, and supporting transitions in Learning Management Systems. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Community Manager at Benchmark Management Corporation from October 2015 to October 2017, focusing on leasing, marketing, and resident retention efforts.
