Jr Maxfield

JR Maxfield PHR currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Safety National, where notable achievements include creating the company's first university recruiting strategy and intern program, enhancing operations, and participating in the innovation committee. Prior experience encompasses managing a talent acquisition team for Enterprise Holdings' IT division and serving as a Technical Recruiter at Signature Consultants.
