Additionally, they completed another MBA program in the same field of study at HKUST Business School in the same year.
In 2004, Judy pursued further education, earning an MBA degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from Pepperdine University's George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management. Following this, in 2015, they attended UCLA Extension and completed a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt class.
Judy's commitment to professional development is demonstrated through their enrollment in various executive programs. In 2019-2020, they attended the Executive Program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, focusing on Strategy. In 2023, they completed a Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management course from Harvard Business School Online.
