Emily Del Signore has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Emily began their career at Genies, Inc. as a Marketing Intern, where they focused on strengthening digital marketing initiatives and expanding brand recognition through social media interactions and innovative campaigns. Emily later joined Children's Hospital Colorado as a Volunteer, providing care, comfort, and emotional support to children and adolescents facing serious illnesses. Emily then pursued a position as a Research Assistant at the University of Colorado Boulder, supporting principal investigators in Social Psychology research, utilizing data storage systems and working directly with study participants. Currently, they are employed at Lattice as a Senior Scaled Success Manager, responsible for helping employees grow and align within companies through the utilization of the Lattice people management platform.

Following their high school education, they enrolled in the University of Colorado Boulder from 2015 to 2019, where they pursued a degree in Neuroscience and Psychology.
