Jason Chang has worked as a Data Scientist at Layer 6 AI since February 2018, where they mostly focus on computer vision research. Jason has achieved top ranks in Landmark retrieval and Radiological Society of North America Pneumonia Detection Challenges and has contributed to developing the current software stack for vision at the company. Prior to that, they worked as a Data Science Intern at ModiFace from May 2017 to December 2017. Jason also has experience as a Software Developer at IBM from 2014 to 2015.
Jason Chang pursued their education in computer science, beginning with their bachelor's degree at the University of Toronto from 2011 to 2016. Jason further expanded their knowledge and skills in the field by completing their Master of Science in Applied Computing at the same institution from 2016 to 2018.
