Alex Hidalgo García is an experienced HR professional with over two decades in the field. Since August 2007, Alex has served as HR Manager at LECTA, overseeing multiple locations including the Sant Joan les Fonts mill and the Lecta Technology Center in Girona, while also managing talent for Operations and Sales at the headquarters. Prior to this role, Alex was the HR Director at COMEXI GROUP from 2000 to 2007, leading HR efforts across five companies. Alex holds various degrees, including a Master's in Human Resources Management from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Universitat de Girona, along with additional training in organizational development and management from esteemed institutions.
