Job description As Revenue Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in helping lempire grow. You'll be bridging the gap between our revenue teams (sales, marketing, support), customers, and business goals. You'll focus on making processes simpler, improving efficiency, and finding new ways to grow the business. šĀ You will: Own sales operations - helping @Yann GUILLEUX scale the team from 7 to 15 reps within one year Lead high-impact initiatives with multiple stakeholders (launch Enterprise offering, implement AI support systems, structure key processes) Build no-code automations to eliminate repetitive tasks Partner with data and tech teams to develop effective solutions Drive growth as a strategic consultant by analyzing opportunities and implementing improvements

šÆ Preferred experience Must have You are a doer & want to have an impact You are curious & love to solve problems Interest in leveraging the latest tech to solve business problems You speak English & French Nice to have 1 or 2 years of experience in a similar role You already have set-up a CRM and automation for your company You study in a top business school / or have a meaningful background You have a strong interest in SaaS and the Sales automation space You have operations, sales or marketing experience You already used a CRM like Hubspot/Pipedrive/Salesforce You love automation and have already automated activities for your personal/pro life
