Jeremy Hughes

Jeremy Hughes has extensive experience in the field of internal audit and risk management. Jeremy most recently served as the Vice President of Internal Audit at LendingClub, where they played a crucial role in establishing the foundation of the Internal Audit function. Jeremy was responsible for recruiting and managing a high-quality team, executing the multi-year audit cycle, and maintaining relationships with regulatory bodies. Prior to LendingClub, Jeremy worked at Wells Fargo, where they held various roles including Audit Manager in Capital Markets and Audit Leader in Wholesale Banking. In these positions, they led audit engagements, developed audit plans, and provided leadership to audit teams. Jeremy also gained experience as an Assistant National Bank Examiner at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and as a Forensic Loan Underwriter at Digital Risk. Jeremy'sexpertise includes compliance with banking regulations, risk assessment, and risk management.

Jeremy Hughes attended the University of Central Florida from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
