Andrés Acosta

Andrés Acosta is an experienced professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as the Director of Innovation at LevelTen Energy since March 2023, where responsibilities include leading innovation efforts in Europe, building partnerships, and facilitating geographical expansion. Prior to this role, Andrés held positions such as Senior Manager for Developer Engagement Europe at LevelTen Energy, focusing on business development for European renewable energy developers, and Renewable Energy Business Leader at Arup, overseeing renewable energy procurement and decarbonization strategies. Earlier experience includes design engineering roles at COTECMAR and Schneider Electric, where Andrés contributed to the design of energy systems and project leadership. Andrés holds a Master of Science in Energy Systems from Technische Universität Berlin and a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes.
