Nick Weiser serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at LightRidge Solutions, overseeing human capital programs and supporting the C-suite across multiple business locations in Arizona, Colorado, and Virginia since October 2024. Prior to this role, Nick held various senior HR positions at L3Harris Technologies, including Vice President of Human Resources for the Maritime Sector, where leadership was provided to a global team supporting 50 locations and 5,500 employees. Earlier experience includes significant HR leadership roles at Harris Corporation, managing multiple business units and teams across the Electronic Systems Segment. Nick holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Nazareth University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
