The Associate Talent Partner is a cornerstone role at Linqia, entrusted with spearheading and orchestrating creator marketing campaigns through expertise and data-driven methodologies. As an integral member of Linqia’s Talent Partnerships Team, you will execute meticulously crafted strategies for creator sourcing, negotiation, and onboarding, serving as a seamless extension of our clients' marketing strategy team. Your primary mission is to harmonize nuanced creator profiles with the authentic brand voice and core objectives of our clients.
In this dynamic role, you'll work closely with client services teams, actively refining and advancing our creator marketing strategy and sourcing methodologies based on client feedback. Your expertise and commitment to data-driven practices will shape effective creator campaigns, contributing to client success and satisfaction with Linqia's services.
Compensation Range: $50,000 base salary. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
