Sheila Ebrahim -Mba

Sheila Ebrahim is a skilled professional with extensive experience in customer experience and operations management. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Executive at Liquid Intelligent Technologies since December 2020, Sheila has previously held key roles including Operations Executive at Global Logistics Zambia Ltd from March 2014 to March 2020, Payroll Benefits Administrator at Armsecure Security Limited from July 2012 to March 2014, and Assistant Wages Manager at Armcor Security Limited from May 2005 to March 2012. Sheila began a career in management as a Production Supervisor at the Society for Family Health from April 2003 to September 2004. Educationally, Sheila Ebrahim is advancing studies in Risk Management at the University of Lusaka, pursuing a Master’s degree set to complete in April 2024, and holds an MBA from the same institution, attained between 2015 and 2017, in addition to a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration completed from 2008 to 2012.
