Benson Buben

Benson Buben serves as the Director of Service Operations at Lithia & Driveway since February 2025 and holds the position of President at Lollypop Investments and Consulting, beginning in August 2021. Previously, Benson was the Chief Operating Officer - Fixed Operations at Amports Inc. from January 2020 to February 2025, where operations across 12 locations were transformed, overseeing 1,200 employees and a $350M budget, achieving significant labor savings and increased shareholder value. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Vice President at The Pasha Group, where strategic initiatives and M&A strategies were driven, as well as roles in operations management that revitalized underperforming locations and improved financial performance. Benson holds a BBA in Business Administration and Management from Baker College and a Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst certification from the Corporate Finance Institute®.
