Brianna Benard has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Brianna started their career in 2012 as a Promotion Assistant Intern at Entercom, where they gained experience in marketing and promotion solutions for radio stations. In 2013, they joined Yelp as an Account Executive. In 2014, they moved to Zenefits as a Client Support Associate, eventually becoming a Senior Client Success Specialist for Financial Products. In 2017, Brianna joined Lively, Inc. as the Operations and Customer Success Manager, progressing to the role of Customer Success Manager and then Team Lead, before their current position as Director of Customer Success. Their experience reflects their expertise in customer success and support, as well as their versatility in managing operations and clients.

Brianna Benard attended Carondelet High School where they earned their High School Diploma. After completing high school, they went on to attend California State University, Chico from 2009 to 2013. Brianna obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Organizational Communication during their time at the university.
