Joshua Brown

Joshua Brown, CSCP, currently serves as Customer Implementation Manager at Loadsmart since October 2023. Previously, from March 2016, Joshua held various roles at TMC, a division of C.H. Robinson, including Implementation Manager and Implementation Project Manager, supervising a team of 12 consultants and overseeing Transportation Management Systems (TMS) integrations. Joshua's career began at C.H. Robinson as an Account Manager, where notable achievements included growing account portfolios by 50% and enhancing client relationships. Before that, Joshua worked at Taproot Foundation as Program Manager in Chicago, where responsibilities included managing a large portfolio of projects for nonprofit organizations. Joshua holds a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and International Studies from Indiana University Bloomington.
