Allison Cooper

Allison Cooper currently serves as VP of Corporate Applications and Agile Center of Excellence at loanDepot since December 2021 and is the Enterprise Lean/Agile Coach and Founder of Agile Advantage, Inc. since June 2018. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Software Development and Senior Agile Coach at American AgCredit and Agile Coach at CoBank, where Allison co-led a significant Agile transformation. Earlier career positions at 5280 Solutions encompassed roles such as Product Owner, IT Manager, and Senior Software Integrator, with responsibilities including product vision definition, backlog management, and team leadership. Allison holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Bellevue University and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Spanish, and International Studies from Hastings College.
