Jennifer Zhang is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in technical support and engineering roles. Currently serving as a Technical Support Engineer at Lorex Technology since August 2019, Jennifer provides comprehensive assistance for proprietary software applications and collaborates with development teams to resolve recurring issues. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked at SciCan, where support was provided for users in troubleshooting software and hardware challenges. Jennifer's background includes significant tenure at GE Digital Energy as an Electrical Technician, managing functional tests and improving production methods, and at TANDBERG Visual Communication Company as an Application Engineer, overseeing commercial video conference solutions. Earlier roles were held at Nortel Networks, where Jennifer led VoIP network projects and developed OSS/BSS systems, and China Telecom Transmission Co., focusing on fiber alarm systems and technical support. Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Beijing Union University.
