Helen Ash is an experienced HR professional with a demonstrated history in human resources management and development. Currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at LUC since June 2011, Helen focuses on strategic HR initiatives while managing all aspects of HR for a company with over 120 employees. Prior to this role, Helen was the Head of HR & Operational Support at Colin Buchanan from January 2003 to June 2011, overseeing generalist HR functions as well as leading business support areas. Helen holds a Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of Warwick and an MA in Personnel & Development from the University of Westminster.
