Objectives & Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive New Business: Identify and generate qualified opportunities through outbound sales, including prospecting, research, cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn social selling, with a focus on scheduling meetings to support the Sales Team
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals while contributing to annual sales team revenue targets.
  • Manage CRM: Keep accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and other sales tools, including detailed notes on conversations, research, and statuses for different leads
  • Continuous Learning: Invest in your personal and professional growth to maximize your current and future success. Set yourself up for career advancement within our growing sales team

  • Clear Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication with great attention to detail
  • Passion for Podcasts: A genuine enthusiasm for podcasts to support our mission

“Nice to Have” Skills & Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education (Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or Diploma)
  • Background or interest in Accounting, Finance, Education, Business Development, or Marketing
  • Experience in a role where there are frequent ‘tough’ conversations (customer service, door-to-door sales, fundraising etc.)
  • Experience in competitive fields (sports, arts, etc.)
