Danielle Capozzoli is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in providing legal counsel across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Counsel at Lummus Technology since March 2023, Danielle specializes in international and North American contracts related to proprietary technology and services, alongside detailed risk assessments for projects. Previously, Danielle held the position of Assistant General Counsel at Adaptive Health, where responsibilities included advising on contracts and negotiating agreements for multiple affiliated companies. Danielle's background also includes a significant tenure at SUEZ - Water Technologies & Solutions, where roles ranged from Senior Transactional Attorney to Senior Attorney, focusing on complex agreements, risk mitigation, and collaboration with business teams. Danielle began a career in legal software contracts at UPS, refining negotiation skills and agreement management. Danielle holds a Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Seton Hall University.
