Benoit Lespagnol is an experienced professional in the field of sales and management, currently serving as the Managing Director at AIO - All In One Technologies since January 2021 and as a member of the Advisory Group of the CleanTech cluster at Luxinnovation GIE since June 2021. Prior to these roles, Benoit led Ferroknepper Buderus SA (Bosch Group) as Managing Director from December 2009 to December 2020, where successful team management and a sustainability-focused growth strategy earned multiple awards. Earlier experience includes positions as Sales Director at Bosch Magyarország and Bosch China Heating Ltd, where Benoit initiated and developed sales operations in Hungary and China. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration from EBS Paris and participation in the Aspiring Director Program at INSEAD.
