Seth Irby's work experience includes being the Chief Marketing & Customer Experience Officer at LWCC - Louisiana Workers' Compensation Corporation since July 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Emergent Method as a Senior Consultant from September 2017 to June 2019 and as a Consultant from June 2016 to August 2017. Seth also worked at Sigma Phi Epsilon, serving as the Managing Director from February 2015 to May 2016, the Director of Operations from April 2013 to February 2015, the Balanced Man Program Director from May 2012 to April 2013, and the Regional Director from May 2011 to May 2012. Seth Irby began their career as an Intern at The Cypress Group from March 2010 to September 2010.

Seth Irby obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication with a specialization in Political Communications from Louisiana State University, which they attended from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, they earned a Management Development Certification from the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business in 2011. In 2015, they completed the CORe (Credential of Readiness) program from Harvard Business School Executive Education.
