Michael Hay

Previously, Michael held the position of General Counsel at Solomon Associates and spent nearly a decade at Shell Oil Company as Senior Legal Counsel in the Chemicals sector, where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating high-value agreements and supporting litigation. Prior roles include serving as a Patent Attorney at established law firms such as Bracewell & Giuliani LLP, King & Spalding, and Foley & Lardner, focusing on patent prosecution and IP counseling. Michael's educational background includes a Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center, a Master’s in Chemistry from The University of Texas at Austin, and a Bachelor’s in Chemistry from UC Santa Barbara.
