Nancy Adongo Ong'Any

Nancy Adongo Ong'any is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer care and human resources. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Care at M-KOPA Solar, Nancy leads a team of over 200 personnel, implementing customer strategies aligned with company objectives and managing performance metrics. Previously, Nancy held the position of Head of Human Resources at Jumia Kenya, overseeing HR functions for more than 500 employees, and played a key role in developing HR policies and managing employee benefits. Earlier roles include Head of Customer Service at Jumia Kenya and Group Customer Service Manager at Old Mutual Kenya, where Nancy honed expertise in customer service management. Nancy holds a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management/Marketing from Daystar University.
