Christine vander Hook

Christine (Mages) Vander Hook currently serves as the Vice President of Development at the MacPhail Center for Music, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, Christine was the Director of Philanthropy at UNICEF USA from May 2018 to December 2023 and worked as a Major Gifts Officer for the American Public Media Group between April 2016 and June 2018. Additional experience includes serving as a Regional Development Officer at the University of Minnesota and a Marketing Manager at CaringBridge. Christine's career in development and marketing began at Saint Therese and the Children's Home Society of Minnesota, where responsibilities included development management and event planning. Christine earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Minnesota and completed a Mini-MBA in nonprofit management at the University of St. Thomas. Furthermore, Christine attended King's College London during 2001-2002.
