Tiffany Turner

Tiffany Turner has had a diverse range of work experiences in the fields of research, program management, and laboratory leadership.

Tiffany started their career in 1994 as a Laboratory Scientist at SRA Technologies, where they focused on HIV research. Their responsibilities included isolating and expanding HIV from patient cells and producing HIV working stocks. Tiffany remained with the company until 1997.

In 1997, Tiffany joined BioReliance, where they held various roles over the years. Tiffany first worked as a Biologist II, conducting independent research projects. Tiffany then progressed to become a Senior Scientist, overseeing laboratory procedures and providing technical expertise to staff members. Later, they served as a Laboratory Manager, a Quality Assurance Auditor, and finally as a Lab Manager II & Program Manager, combining their scientific and program management skills.

In 2009, Tiffany joined MacroGenics, Inc. as the Director of Research Program and Portfolio Management. In this role, they managed the program and portfolio for the company's robust pipeline, including clinical-stage programs. Tiffany also had experience in government contracts and was responsible for planning, monitoring, and aligning budgets across the research pipeline.

Tiffany Turner completed their education from 1990 to 1994 at American University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc degree in Biology. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in January 2018.
