Michael Anderson

Michael Anderson is a Partner at Mainsail Partners. Michael has spent over fifteen years investing in private companies within the healthcare and life science sectors. Michael currently serves as a member of the Board for FairWarning, PeraHealth and Bio-Optronics.

Prior to joining Mainsail, Michael was a Principal at Summit Partners, a private equity and venture firm. Prior to Summit, Michael worked for Danaher Corporation, Onex Corporation, Nassau Capital and Gleacher Partners. Michael’s prior Board experience includes CareCentrix, Medspring Urgent Care (acquired by Fresenius Medical Care), National Veterinary Associates (acquired by Ares Management) and Integrated DNA Technologies (acquired by Danaher Corporation).

Michael received an A.B. in Economics, Magna Cum Laude, from Princeton University, where he was a member of the rowing team, and an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
