Rich Koob

Rich Koob is an experienced IT leader with a strong background in the energy sector. Currently, Rich serves as the Director of IT for Mansfield Energy Corp, overseeing IT operations for the Mansfield Service Partners and Mansfield Power & Gas divisions since May 2025. Prior to this role, Rich held the position of Director of IT at Bedrock Energy Partners, managing comprehensive IT functions for an upstream exploration and production company. Rich's previous experience includes serving as Applications Manager at Maverick Natural Resources, LLC, where responsibilities encompassed various software systems, as well as managerial and consulting roles at Magnum Forge and Capitalize Consulting, respectively. Rich holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management and Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
