Rob Carley joined the Agency in 2016 after practicing for several years in a private-sector law firm. His primary role with the Agency is to provide legal support to all aspects of the Agency's operations and oversight of its marquee project - the continuing successful redevelopment of Devens. In addition to private sector law firm experience, Rob has prior experience working in other quasi-public entities in roles both as an attorney and otherwise.
