Yubiao Zhao is a seasoned technical support engineer with extensive experience in telecommunications and engineering. Currently serving as a Principal Technical Support Engineer at Mavenir since April 2015, Yubiao Zhao focuses on integrating and debugging IMS network solutions for wireless service providers, enhancing customer experience through various technologies including cloud storage and WebRTC. Previously, Yubiao Zhao worked at Genband from December 2005 to March 2015 as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, providing high-quality customer support. Earlier roles included Senior Technical Support Engineer and Senior Field Verification Engineer at Tekelec, as well as Senior Hardware Design Engineer at Santera Systems Inc., where substantial contributions were made to NGN product development. Yubiao Zhao holds a Ph.D. in Communications Engineering, along with both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Xidian University.
