Abir Basak is a seasoned professional in the textile and merchandising industry with significant experience. Currently serving as a Senior Merchandiser at MBM Group, responsibilities include managing buyer relations, overseeing the development and shipment process, preparing BOM and costing, and maintaining ERP functions. Previously, as a Junior Merchandiser at Windy Group, Abir handled a diverse array of major brands, ensuring timely sample follow-ups and approvals. Abir's career also includes roles in journalism, research, and publishing, including a position as a Feature Writer at Daily Samakal and various campus correspondent roles. Abir holds a B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from Bangabandhu Textile Engineering College, complemented by a diploma in Textile Engineering and an SSC from respective institutions.
