Jaireese Black

Jaireese Black, CSSR, is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition at CB&I and Global Talent Acquisition Manager at McDermott International, Ltd since September 2019. Responsibilities encompass designing recruiting strategies, managing global recruitment across business functions, and promoting diverse hiring practices, alongside overseeing graduate leadership programs and university recruitment initiatives. Previous experience includes pivotal roles at C&J Energy Services and Nabors Industries, where Jaireese managed various recruiting processes, developed training programs, and facilitated competency assessments. Before entering the corporate sector, Jaireese served as a Staff Sergeant in the US Army and worked in recruitment and HR consulting roles. Jaireese holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Liberty University.
