Benjamin Fields is an accomplished architect and leader with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as Principal at McGranahanPBK since December 2013 and holding various leadership roles within the Association for Learning Environments (A4LE). Fields has transitioned through positions from President Elect to Past President at both the A4LE Pacific Northwest Region and the A4LE Washington Chapter, alongside a role as ALEP Commissioner for A4LE since January 2024. An active contributor to the architectural community, Fields has also served as Planning Commissioner for the City of Tacoma and held executive positions at AIASWW, including Past President. With a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Washington State University, Fields’ architectural expertise spans institutional, commercial, and residential projects, with a focus on sustainable design practices.
