Kati Karlsson

Kati Karlsson is an experienced professional in planning and production management, currently serving as the Head of Planning at Meyer Turku since January 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing project planning functions and being a member of the Operations management team. Previously, Kati held various leadership positions at Meyer Turku, including Head of Production Planning and Controlling and Head of Production Planning for Hull, managing teams related to SAP implementation, cost and productivity control, and subcontract production. Prior experience includes senior roles at Microsoft as a Senior Program Manager and Supply Chain Project Manager, as well as extensive experience at Nokia, where Kati managed supply chain projects, operations, and test engineering. Kati holds a BSc in Telecommunications from Turku University of Applied Sciences and has further qualifications from the Turku School of Economics and Rastor. Notable achievements include successful implementation of new factory processes without delays or additional costs and a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.
