Matthew has over 11 years of tax planning and compliance experience in a number of tax specialties, including corporate & partnership taxation, international tax, M&A transaction advisory, transfer pricing, state & local tax, R&D credit, and compensation planning.
Matthew has proactively advised companies on a variety of issues, such as structuring for multiple business lines, excise tax/sales tax planning, and compliance. In addition, he has utilized his extensive tax experience to guide clients through a number of highly complex transactions.
Prior to joining MGO, Matthew worked at a major regional accounting firm and several boutique firms, where he developed an expertise in global supply chain planning, IP strategy, and multi-state structuring.
