Caroline R. Reaves

Caroline Reaves is Counsel in the Tax department. She focuses her practice on the cross-border tax aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, debt financings and restructurings, and various tax controversy matters. Ms. Reaves also advises clients on tax planning, compliance, and other general corporate matters.

Ms. Reaves began her career as an associate at Eversheds Sutherland. Prior to joining private practice, she served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Richard J. Leon in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
