Milwaukee Public Library
Hannah Jonas is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in library services, guest relations, and education. Currently serving as a Library Circulation Services Representative at the Milwaukee Public Library since March 2024 and as a Guest Services Representative for the Wisconsin Historical Society since July 2023, Hannah has a strong foundation in customer service and community engagement. Previous roles include Assistant Teacher at the School District of Waukesha, Tour Guide/Programs Assistant at Yerkes Observatory, and Library Clerk at Mukwonago Area School District. Hannah's career also includes experience in retail management as a Store Manager at Penzeys Spices and as a Sales Associate at Plowshare Fair Trade Marketplace. Hannah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Geography with a Minor in Art History from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and an Associate's degree from UW-Milwaukee at Waukesha.
