Summer Vaughn has extensive experience in regulatory compliance and quality assurance within the medical and biotechnology sectors. At MiMedx, Summer has held several impactful roles since February 2015, starting as a Processing Technician II, advancing to Quality Assurance Compliance Trainer and Operations Training Coordinator, and currently serving as Team Lead for Global Regulatory Compliance. In these positions, Summer has demonstrated a strong commitment to ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies while providing training and development for employees. Prior to MiMedx, Summer gained practical experience as a BioAdhesive Production Associate at CryoLife, Inc. Summer holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of West Georgia, obtained in 2014.
