Cat Flannery (MCIHort) is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in group therapy facilitation and horticultural therapy. Currently serving as a Group Therapy Facilitator for BLG MIND's Suicide bereavement services since February 2023, Cat also operates as an Independent Business Owner at The Natural Therapist, providing training programs focused on mindfulness for various age groups. Previously, Cat has served as a Team Lead at Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide, a Horticultural Therapist at Roots4Life, and held several roles including Ambassador at The Heart Movement and project coordinator for Action for Refugees in Lewisham. Additional contributions include directorship at ParentENGAge CIC, where mental health workshops are provided in schools, and training development for young care leavers at Roar Pursuits CIC.
