Colie Miranda

Colie Miranda has over a decade of experience in account management and customer support roles, currently serving as the Manager of Technical Account Management at Mindbody since January 2018. Prior positions at Mindbody include Lead Technical Account Manager, Senior Technical Account Manager, Technical Account Manager, and Onboarding Specialist, focusing on understanding customer business models and developing tailored solutions to enhance software efficiency. Additionally, Colie serves as a Board Member for Namaste & Chill Art Grant since March 2014 and previously managed store and warehouse operations at Roxanne's Birkenstock & Shoesurfing.com from April 2012 to January 2019. Colie holds an Associate's degree in Fashion Merchandising from Cuesta College, earned between 2007 and 2010.
