Chaitanya Dhawan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and operations, currently serving as Co-Founder at Misfits since November 2022. Previously, Chaitanya held roles at Urban Company as Product Manager and Associate Product Manager from November 2021 to July 2023, and at Unilever as Fulfilment Operations Manager and Management Trainee from July 2019 to November 2021. Noteworthy achievements at Unilever include leading the implementation of a direct to retailer fulfilment model and improving forecast accuracy in demand planning. Chaitanya also excelled during an internship at Unilever, earning a Pre-Placement Offer, and contributed significantly as Internship Coordinator at IIT Kanpur, enhancing job placement rates. Chaitanya holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and a Minor in Industrial Management Engineering from IIT Kanpur, along with completion of the Executive General Management Program at IIM Bangalore.
