As part of our dynamic Marketing team, you’ll craft compelling visuals that capture our innovation, build trust, and set us apart in a rapidly evolving industry. From product launches to thought leadership campaigns, your creativity will help define how Mitek shows up in the world. 

We are seeking a talented and visionary Brand Designer to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping and evolving our brand’s visual identity. You’ll collaborate across teams to create compelling, cohesive designs that amplify our brand story and engage our audiences. 

What You Will Do (Core Responsibilities):

• Brand development: Maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Creative execution: Design high-quality assets including logos, typography, color palettes, illustrations, and templates for both digital and print.
• Campaign support: Collaborate with marketing, product, and web teams to develop visually compelling assets for campaigns, social media, events, and product launches.
• Guideline stewardship: Create and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines to support internal and external teams.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with copywriters, marketing strategists, and product designers to ensure brand alignment across all projects.
• Trend analysis: Stay current on industry trends, design techniques, and competitor branding to keep our brand fresh and relevant.
• Iteration: Collect feedback and refine designs based on input from stakeholders and performance analytics.

Who You Are (Soft Skills):

• Exceptional eye for detail, typography, and layout.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

What You Need (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in brand or visual design, preferably within a B2B/SaaS or agency environment.
• Expert in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing tools is a plus (e.g., After Effects).
• Experience in PowerPoint and all other Microsoft 365 products
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and brand-building experience.

What would be nice (preferred skills & experience):

• Experience managing external agencies.
• Project Management.
