Lewis Billinghurst

Lewis Billinghurst is an experienced professional in digital customer experience and e-commerce, currently serving as the Head of Digital Customer Experience and Head of Ecommerce at Mitre 10 (New Zealand) Limited since January 2022. Prior to this, Lewis was the Head of Red Bird, overseeing investments in fintech with strategic capital from Westpac NZ. At Westpac New Zealand Limited, from June 2014 to December 2021, Lewis held the role of Head of Digital Ventures, driving innovative banking initiatives. Additionally, Lewis has experience as Digital Ventures Director at FinTechNZ and in various roles at Air New Zealand, including Ancillary Revenue Manager, focusing on revenue growth through partnerships and enhancing customer experiences. Lewis began their career in online performance at Flight Centre. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Management from Victoria University of Wellington.
