Carley Ferguson

Carley Ferguson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in internal audit and finance, currently serving as Vice President of Internal Audit at Mohawk Industries since April 2006. Under this role, Carley oversees global audit activities for corporate operations and various segments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Prior to this, Carley held the position of Director of Internal Audit and subsequently transitioned to Director of SBU Finance at Dal-Tile Corporation from November 1997 to March 2006, before the company became a division of Mohawk Industries. Carley has also led internal audit efforts at E-Systems and served as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young, managing external audits for diverse industries. Carley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at Arlington.
